We had a wonderful stay at a hotel that was very close to Shinagawa station. the room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We enjoyed the excellent amenities provided, including the Shiseido beauty products. the hotel's location was perfect for us as we were able to easily access many train lines, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo.
A minor mistake during check-in that caused some confusion, but the staff quickly resolved the issue once we brought it to their attention.

I had a fantastic stay at Keikyu Ex Hotel Takanawa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Shinagawa station. The high-speed internet connection was a big plus, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Despite the smaller room size, it didn't bother me much as I was out exploring most of the time. The breakfast at the nearby Royal Host restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time overall. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a good Wi-Fi connection. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but once I got my bearings, it was easy to navigate. The room was on the small side, and the bathroom was cozy as well, but everything was clean and well-maintained.

Large twin room, two good sized beds. Awkward with two suitcases. Very substantial breakfast, no need for lunch. Close to train station, easy transit to/from airport. Plenty of nearby dining options.

The room was alright, nothing fancy, but clean and well-stocked with towels and free toiletries. the staff was helpful and polite. the breakfast buffet was also tasty, with a variety of options. they had a gym and an indoor pool that was available to use.
The location was quite inconvenient, as we had to take multiple trains and walk a long way just to get to any attractions. the air conditioner in our room was noisy and didn't cool down the room properly, making for a very uncomfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, being just a short walk away from Shinagawa station. This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing other parts of Japan. The rooms are larger than expected, offering plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. This was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel provides a good value for the money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The staff ensures that basic amenities are well taken care of and that guests have a comfortable experience. The breakfast offered at the hotel was good value, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants, providing guests with a wide range of dining choices.
In-room pillows could be improved, as they offered limited options and were not entirely comfortable for everyone. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience at this hotel.
